As a current master’s degree student of the Theaterakademie August Everding, German soprano Henrike Henoch (*1995) was most recently seen as Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte (in German) at the Prinzregententheater in Munich. This season, she also embodied the roles of Blaue Fee in Respighi’s La belle au bois dormant with the opera studio of Opéra de Lyon, and of Hirte in Tosca at Opera Leipzig. Other roles include Sophie Scholl in Zimmermann’s Weiße Rose and Donna Anna in Don Giovanni at the HMT Leipzig. In March and April 2019, she can be heard as Minerva in Monteverdi’s Le retour d'Ulysse in Vichy and Lyon, in the context of the opera studio of Opéra de Lyon. Ms. Henoch won First Prize at the “Albert-Lortzing" Competition 2017, and 3rd Prize at the Bundeswettbewerb Gesang" 2016 in the junior division.
