Die russische Sopranistin Julia Muzychenko (*22.06.1994) gewann den 1. Preis beim 2017 Concorso Internazionale Voci Verdiane in Busseto mit dem Spezialpreis von Rollendebüt als Violetta aus La Traviata am Verdi Festival in Busseto, 1. Preis beim 2016 Sergey Rachmaninov Internationalen Gesangwettbewerbs, 1. Preis beim International Singing Competition ÓPERA DE TENERIFE sowie bei der Crescendo International Music Competition 2013 an der Carnegie Hall in New York. 2015 debütierte sie am Mariinsky Theater in der Titelrolle von Tarnopolskys Cinderella.
2019 war sie als Norina in Don Pasquale an der Opéra National de Montpellier 2019 & Violetta in La Traviata an der Ópera de Tenerife zu sehen.
2019/2020 wird sie u.a. als Olympia in Les contes d'Hoffmann und Esmeralda in Die verkaufte Braut an der Semperoper Dresden, und Nannetta in Falstaff an der Opéra National de Montpellier zu erleben sein.

Russian soprano Julia Muzychenko was born in 1994 in St. Petersburg and, despite her young age, has already debuted as Brigitta in Tchaikovsky's "Iolanta" (2017, Theatre of the St. Petersburg State Conservatory) and as Frasquita in Bizet's "Carmen" (2015, Hermitage Theatre); Julia also appeared as Cinderella in the modern composition of "Cinderella" by V. Tarnopolsky (2015, Mariinsky Theatre, St. Petersburg). In Summer 2016, Ms. Muzychenko sang in the "Russian Music Seasons" concerts under the baton of A. Kantorov.
